First Day of School!! - August 7th

The long awaited day has arrived! We've observed the building of our new school for the past year or so and have dreamed of the day we will be able to walk down our street and around the corner to get to school. Christian and Andrew met their teachers Monday night and were excited as they went to bed the night before their first day at Crossroads Elementary!

Amie's been pretty involved with the PTA of the new school already and has been really excited as she's gotten to know the new principal and teachers.

We know it will be a wonderful experience for the kids!

Andrew's teacher is Ms. Barlow. We have several friends who have had her for a teacher and the kids and parents absolutely love her! Andrew's excited to be a 2nd grader and has already met some new friends in his class.

Christian is a 3rd grader this year! Hard to believe!! His teacher is Ms. Tornell and we think she was hand-picked for him. She's been highly recommended by the new principal who knows that Christian is an aggressive student who loves to be challenged. We're sure it will be a great year for Christian!
